“Home Market” with its 7000m2 makes a new architectural element in the central area of Belgrade Fair. As such, it is completely in accordance with the aesthetic criterion of the surroundings and gives it a modern appearance.
This building was originally a workshop in a bad state of repair before reconstruction. Modern approach in designing the mega market with its significance and quality makes this place a modern meeting place.
“Home Market” represents a struggle for economic prosperity and better quality of life in this part of the city. Materialization of the building is made of modern hi-tech materials and includes modern facilities.
Building organization consists of an open commercial area on first two levels, offices on the second floor and storage space in the basement.
