Neutrality in architectural expression of the clock, as well as its virtuality in appearance, provide its undisturbed presence in pluralistic surroundings. Type of narration: A Tower- A Time Machine. Undisturbed horizontal communication is refined by vertical direction of movement towards the observation point at the top of the clock tower. The tower is movement on a vertical scale with the aim of recognizing qualities and contents of the surroundings. By its position, the observation point reveals the time machine of location’s development, dynamics of change and metamorphosis through time. A clear geometrical form carries enigma and mystery. The game of light and shadow discovers new dimensions. Clock’s architecture includes new materials, materials of future, in its constructive composition.
