Pariske komune 59x, Belgrade
Arhitects: Ksenija Bulatović, Vesna Cagić Milošević, Marija Kovacević, Sladjana Meseldzija
2010.
This resident building would be built over an existing object – a bomb shelter. The ground level towards the street is planned for shops and cafes, while the higher ground floor is reserved for a bank. Upon that would sit nine floors with luxurious apartments fitted with all comforts of modern living. The whole vertical line of the far end of the building is left for business purposes. The design of the building is taking the full advantage of its position at the end of the line of buildings and on the corner. A good-view position is maximized by glass curtains integrated with aluminum and brick panels on the facade.
