The building is shaped in accordance to the housing block in the old part of Belgrade where it is suited. The facade is projected in terracotta and mortar, like the surrounding buildings, combined with various glass-panelled surfaces, set in accordance with the residential function.
The pure form, as well as clearly segmented parts of the whole are characteristic for this building. It also has a neutral connection with the adjacent buildings and an emphasized corner. The structure of the apartements inside is luxurious, as is usual for this part of the city.
