“Living cubice”

An urban entirety is quite similar to a traditional building block at the Downtown. In its function it comprises all components of a small city.
The complex is concurrently both exempted from and included into the environment. It also provides potentials of both autonomous functioning and mutual relations with the surrounding area. The business operation and residential uses are clearly divided which is reflected in the designing approach and development execution.
