“Home Market” with its 7000m2 makes a new architectural element in the central area of Belgrade Fair. As such, it is completely in accordance with the aesthetic criterion of the surroundings and gives it a modern appearance.
This building was originally a workshop in a bad state of repair before reconstruction. A modern approach in designing the mega market with its significance and quality makes this place a modern meeting place.
“Home Market” represents a struggle for economic prosperity and better quality of life in this part of the city. Materialization of the building is made of modern hi-tech materials and includes modern facilities.
The building organization consists of an open commercial area on the first two levels, offices on the second floor and storage space in the basement.
